Role Overview

Oversee daily workshop operations in Pinetown, maintain high technical and service standards, and lead a skilled automotive workshop team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workshop operations and maintain effective workflow.
• Ensure high standards of vehicle maintenance, repair quality, safety, and service delivery.
• Lead workshop staff and provide clear technical direction and supervision.
• Use sound knowledge of diesel engines, heavy vehicles, and workshop processes to anticipate issues.
• Plan work, organise resources, and maintain accurate attention to operational detail.

Requirements

• Matric or higher qualification.
• Completed Diesel Trade Test.
• At least five years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Valid Code 14 driver’s licence.
• Strong planning, leadership, organisational, and technical skills.
