Wellness Assistant - Clicks Morena Mall

Introduction

Provide exceptional service to customers at Clicks Morena Mall in Mahikeng through knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplementation, while supporting sales and customer loyalty.

Job Objectives

• Deliver visible, proactive customer service based on knowledge of health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Drive healthcare sales through promotion, cross-selling, and upselling of a broad range of brands.
• Maintain healthcare-aisle stock availability, stock rotation, loss prevention, hygiene, and merchandising standards.
• Follow store standard operating procedures and share product information with relief staff.

Experience & Competencies

• Matric with at least 50% Pure Mathematics or 60% Mathematical Literacy, English at 50%, and a pass in Life Science or Physical Science.
• At least one year of related experience, including sports nutrition and vitamin products.
• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, supplements, retail operations, stock management, merchandising, and risk management.
• Good communication, customer-service, selling, merchandising, and basic computer skills.
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification is desirable.
• Contractual hours are 27 to 40 hours.
