About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Wedding Planner to help couples bring their dream weddings to life. You will manage every aspect of the planning process, from the initial consultation to the big day, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and their guests.

What You'll Do

Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements
Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings from start to finish
Source and manage venues, vendors, and suppliers
Develop event timelines, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate décor, catering, entertainment, photography, and other wedding services
Oversee wedding day setup, execution, and breakdown
Manage client communications and provide regular planning updates
Resolve any issues quickly to ensure the event runs smoothly

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality is advantageous
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is advantageous
