Role Overview

Job Crystal needs a Warehouse Team Leader who can step into a practical role in Cape Town, WC. A key part of the work involves This role is based in Tokai, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on key Performance Areas (including but not limited to): Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, , and loading.
Support the team by managing coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy of inventory and documentation.
Keep momentum on ensure adherence to SOPs, GDP (good distribution practise) requirements, and company policies.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Warehouse Team Leader.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of warehousing work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
