A leading manufacturer and distributor are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join division in Bloemfontein (Free State).
The ideal candidate is practical, hands-on, strong stock control experience, ability to lead a team in a fast-paced operational environment, organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with systems and processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support stocktake processes
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Ensure correct storage, labelling, and handling of stock
- Apply FIFO principles in stock management
- Monitor goods received and dispatched for accuracy and quality
- Maintain accurate system records and data integrity
- Ensure warehouse procedures and operational standards are followed
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Address operational challenges and resolve day-to-day issues
- Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support operational reporting and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiencies
- Diploma or qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain
- 6 - 8 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse / ERP systems & SAP
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control
- Willingness to travel to satellite distribution locations when required.
