Our client is hiring a Warehouse Picker to support retail distribution and store replenishment. This role is ideal for someone reliable who enjoys structured, target-driven work. You will pick stock accurately to ensure stores receive correct products on time. The environment is fast-paced and expects strong attention to detail to reduce errors and returns. You will work as part of a team and must follow safety procedures at all times. If you are disciplined and physically fit, this role offers stable operational work.

Pick stock accurately based on pick slips or handheld scanning systems.
Pack and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
Maintain tidy aisles, correct bin locations, and housekeeping standards.
Report damaged stock and stock discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Support cycle counting and stock take activities when required.
Follow health & safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
Work to productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards.

Matric advantageous; warehouse experience can compensate.
6–24 months warehouse picking experience advantageous.
Comfortable working shifts and overtime during peak periods.
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.
Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity targets.
Clear communication and strong reliability.
