Our client is looking for a creative and detail-focused Visual Merchandiser to maintain brand presentation standards in-store. This role suits someone who understands how layout, signage, and product placement influence customer behaviour. You will execute seasonal changes, promotional displays, and planograms with consistency and speed. The store environment is busy, so you must manage time well and work neatly under pressure. Implement planograms, product displays, and promotional layouts in line with brand guidelines.
Maintain visual standards across departments, ensuring signage and pricing are accurate.
Execute seasonal changeovers and campaign rollouts within required deadlines.
Identify display opportunities to improve sell-through and reduce aged stock.
Train store staff on basic merchandising principles and daily visual upkeep.
Conduct routine floor walks and correct presentation issues immediately.
Report on display compliance and provide improvement recommendations.

Matric essential; merchandising/visual qualification advantageous.
2–5 years visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
Strong attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgement.
Comfortable with physical work, ladders, and store-floor execution.
Strong communication skills and ability to guide teams.
Ability to work retail hours and campaign deadlines.
