Role Overview

Join a motor dealership sales team in Hatfield, Pretoria, selling vehicles and guiding customers through the full purchase process.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while achieving monthly targets.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process, including demonstrations and test drives.
• Build relationships, generate leads through prospecting and referrals, and follow up on enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and complete sales documentation.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain knowledge of vehicle specifications, promotions and industry trends.
• Work with finance and sales teams and follow dealership and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or Matric.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Previous motor-dealership vehicle sales experience and a record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Computer literacy, professional presentation and a self-motivated, target-driven approach.
