Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Vendor collaboration: Negotiate contracts with service providers for cleaning, security, waste management and other operational needs.
Keep momentum on emergency procedures: Coordinate security measures and emergency procedures.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a VACANCY - FACILITIES MANAGER (GOODWOOD, NORTHERN SUBURBS, CAPE TOWN).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of security work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
