Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing a vacancy exists for a Unit Manager ICU Qualified for 3rd ICU Unit based at Life The Glynnwood reporting to Mmathapelo Mashamaite, Nurse Manager: Specialised.
Keep momentum on the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the unit to achieve the company and hospital objectives .
Keep momentum on lead the implementation of the nursing care plan and co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of the correct treatment plan within the correct MDT program to achieve clini.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Unit Manager | ICU Qualified.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in advertising or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
