Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on a vacancy exists for a Unit Manager (Mental Health) based at Life Brackenview, reporting to Tumi Mashiloane, Nursing Manager.
Take ownership of The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the unit to achieve the company and hospital objectives .
Take ownership of Lead the implementation of the nursing care plan and co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of the correct treatment plan within the correct MDT program in order to achi.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Unit Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
