Travel Coordinator

Our client, an innovative and fast-growing technology company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex travel arrangements while providing exceptional administrative and front-office support.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport and travel itineraries.
  • Manage visa applications and ensure all travel documentation complies with international requirements.
  • Process and reconcile travel expenses and ensure adherence to company travel policies and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related enquiries, including urgent travel changes and after-hours emergencies.
Reception & Front Office Support
  • Provide professional reception support and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings and front-office administration.
  • Assist with reception duties during periods of absence or increased operational requirements.
Office Administration
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings and administrative activities across departments.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, staff functions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional, organised and efficient office environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Higher Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Management Assistance or a related qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a dedicated travel coordination role.
  • Proven experience arranging both domestic and international business travel.
  • Experience coordinating visa applications and travel documentation.
  • Experience managing travel expense reconciliations and reporting.
  • Previous reception or front-office experience.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
Advantageous Experience
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or international teams.
  • Experience planning and coordinating corporate events and functions.
  • Previous experience working within a professional corporate environment.
