- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport and travel itineraries.
- Manage visa applications and ensure all travel documentation complies with international requirements.
- Process and reconcile travel expenses and ensure adherence to company travel policies and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related enquiries, including urgent travel changes and after-hours emergencies.
- Provide professional reception support and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings and front-office administration.
- Assist with reception duties during periods of absence or increased operational requirements.
- Provide administrative support to management and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate meetings and administrative activities across departments.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, staff functions and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a professional, organised and efficient office environment.
- Higher Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Management Assistance or a related qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a dedicated travel coordination role.
- Proven experience arranging both domestic and international business travel.
- Experience coordinating visa applications and travel documentation.
- Experience managing travel expense reconciliations and reporting.
- Previous reception or front-office experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Experience supporting multiple departments or international teams.
- Experience planning and coordinating corporate events and functions.
- Previous experience working within a professional corporate environment.
