Role Overview

Flight Centre Travel Group (PTY) LTD is hiring a Travel Consultant South Africa (Worcester, Cape Town based) in Cape Town. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused social services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and upselling products or services.
Keep momentum on giving Back: Through our Corporate Social Responsibility program and 1 paid Volunteer Day per year.
Support the team by managing health & Wellness Programs and Employee Financial Wellness Services.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Travel Consultant South Africa (Worcester, Cape Town based).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
