About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to help clients plan and book unforgettable travel experiences. You will provide expert travel advice, arrange flights, accommodation, transport, and holiday packages, while delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to departure.

What You'll Do

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
Book flights, accommodation, transport, tours, and travel packages
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries
Prepare travel quotes, invoices, and booking confirmations
Process reservations, cancellations, amendments, and payments
Stay up to date with travel trends, promotions, and destination information
Assist clients with travel documentation, visas, and travel insurance where applicable
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in the travel industry is advantageous
Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
