Transport Debtors & Creditors Controller

Have you worked on the Transport Management System system "DATATIM" ?

Our well-established Client in Brackenfell requires your bilingual communication skills in Afrikaans and English with experience in Debtors and Creditors to join their financial team.

Applications without Datatim working experience unfortunately cannot be considered.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
• Minimum 2-3 years debtors/creditors experience
• Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Experience in a Logistics or Transport company ESSENTIAL
• Experience working on the DATATIM Transport management system ESSENTIAL
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working on an accounting system similar to Pastel
• Own transport

DUTIES

• Reporting to the Financial Manager
• Daily transactions on the system – DATATIM
• Receive and process purchase orders
• Generate tax invoice and forward to the client, via email or courier
• Ensure client receives all POD documentation
• Daily interaction with clients and suppliers
• Resolve Client queries
• Follow up on outstanding documents
• General finance administration
• Debtors and Creditor reconciliations
• Send statements to clients
• Load an allocate payments
• Phoning clients to follow up on debts
