Monitor performance post- training, support performance improvement plans, and implement corrective training for high-risk drivers.
Proven experience in driver training within transport/ logistics and exposure to performance and operations environments.
It utilizes a driver performance and operations environment, incorporating an internal Driver Training Centre to continuous develop driver skills.

Requirements

4 years of experience in training and development
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
