Training Facilitator - Mining Industry

Role Overview

An experienced Training Facilitator is required at a production plant in Secunda to deliver training programmes for employees at a chemical site.

Responsibilities

• Design and organise training sessions and learning modules.
• Deliver high-quality training programmes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and improve training methods.
• Support artisan development in the mining sector.
• Maintain training matrices.
• Track WSP and ATR requirements.

Requirements

• Occupationally Directed Training and Development Practitioner qualification and Train the Trainer certification.
• Assessor and Moderator certificates are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Valid driver's licence.
• 5 to 7 years' experience in the mining and explosives industry.
• Understanding of the Skills Development Act.
• Experience in a chemical plant.
