Role Overview

MPRTC Recruitment is hiring a TRAINEE MANAGER - RETAIL/FMCG (WITBANK, MPUMALANGA) in Witbank. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to serving customers well while keeping stock, standards and daily operations under control.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on at least 5 years' experience in Retail /FMCG across departments (receiving, cash office, administration, sales floor).
Take ownership of Good knowledge of retail operations and reporting.
Support the team by managing ability to travel locally and work retail hours.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a TRAINEE MANAGER - RETAIL/FMCG (WITBANK, MPUMALANGA).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
