Role Overview

MPRTC Recruitment needs a TRAINEE MANAGER - RETAIL/FMCG (KIMBERLEY, NORTHERN CAPE) who can step into a practical role in Kimberly. A key part of the work involves RETAIL/FMCG (KIMBERLEY, NORTHERN CAPE) Relevant Retail /FMCG qualification (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of At least 5 years' experience in Retail /FMCG across departments (receiving, cash office, administration, sales floor).
Support the team by managing good knowledge of retail operations and reporting.
Keep momentum on ability to travel locally and work retail hours.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a TRAINEE MANAGER - RETAIL/FMCG (KIMBERLEY, NORTHERN CAPE).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
