Role Overview

A Trainee Branch Manager will support new-branch operations across Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Gauteng, developing the management, product, and retail skills required to lead a branch.

Responsibilities

Assist in new branches as they open.

Requirements

Strong management, product knowledge, and retail experience is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business Management is an advantage.
Technical knowledge and sales experience in animal feed and veterinary products.
Retail management, personnel management, and office administration experience.
Own transport, stock-management experience, and computer literacy.
Sales and marketing experience and the ability to build a customer base.
