Role Overview

MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd needs a Trailer Service Technician who can step into a practical role in Tshwane (Pretoria / Shoshanguve / Bronkhorstspruit). A key part of the work involves ±3 years' experience in trailer service, maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing service Technician should possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Support the team by managing administrating and regular reporting to management regarding breakdowns, repairs, and services.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Trailer Service Technician.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
