Telesales Consultant - Short-Term Insurance

Role Overview

Sell short-term motor-vehicle and home insurance products through outbound call-centre activity in Johannesburg, using leads to close sales and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using supplied leads.
• Sell motor-vehicle and home buildings-and-contents insurance.
• Handle customer objections and close deals.
• Reach and exceed sales targets.
• Communicate product information clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• Matric.
• RE5, Class of Business and at least 120 FAIS credits.
• Two years of successful short-term insurance sales in a call-centre environment.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Excellent communication skills.
