Marang is hiring a Telesales Agent / Call Centre Agent in Ekurhuleni (East Rand). The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused call centre team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing fix Sendbacks Desired Experience & Qualification.
Take ownership of NQF Listed Qualification (within DOFA constraints).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Telesales Agent / Call Centre Agent.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

1 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
