Role Overview
Marang needs a Telesales Agent / Call Centre Agent who can step into a practical role in West Rand. A key part of the work involves Telesales Agent / Call Centre Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Fix Sendbacks Desired Experience & Qualification.
- Keep momentum on nQF Listed Qualification (within DOFA constraints).
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Telesales Agent / Call Centre Agent.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
