Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation covering product specifications, features, and benefits.
Keep momentum on collaborate with Development, Product, Training, and Sales & Marketing teams to gather and interpret technical information.
Keep momentum on 3–5+ years' experience as a Technical Writer (preferably in software, SaaS, or IT environments).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Technical Writer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
