Datafin IT Recruitment needs a Technical Specialist - CPT who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves CPT Solution Architecture & Design: Architect, design, and deploy bespoke VoIP and contact center solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on contact Center Platforms: Vicidial, Queuemetrics, XCally.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Technical Specialist - CPT.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Relevant experience in call centre or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
