Technical Sales Representative - Tooling
Are you based in Mossel Bay and experienced in the tooling industry, with solid technical knowledge of industrial tools, tooling solutions, and related products?
Our international client, a respected name in the tooling sector, is seeking a driven and technically skilled Technical Sales Representative to expand their market presence, grow sales, and build strong long-term relationships with clients across the region.

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid driver’s license
- External sales experience, ideally in a technical, industrial, engineering, tooling, abrasives or related field
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; CRM experience will be advantageous
- Residency in the Southern Cape region, or the ability to operate effectively within the area, will be advantageous
- Existing knowledge of the customer base in George, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn and surrounding areas will be a distinct advantage
- Abrasives knowledge
- Technical understanding of industrial products and applications
- External sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
- Proven ability to work independently and structure their own territory effectively
DUTIES
- Growing turnover and market share within the allocated region
- Increasing customer coverage, activity levels and territory productivity
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Building strong, sustainable relationships with customers
- Promoting the company’s product offering, service levels and technical capability
- Providing practical product and application guidance where required
- Managing the territory with ownership, discipline and accountability
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
