Technical Sales Representative
An established leader in the hardware and engineering industry is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- At least 5 years' proven sales experience, ideally within the industrial tooling or engineering sector
- Proven track record of closing sales and securing new business
- A self-driven, proactive individual who can work independently and take ownership of achieving sales targets
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers
- Servicing existing clients and liaising with new prospects for new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer
- Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries
- Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction
