Technical Project Manager - Enterprise Systems

An established organisation is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Enterprise Systems to join its team in Rosebank. Duties & Responsibilities
The position requires a balance of technical execution, documentation discipline, and effective collaboration across teams.
- Define priorities, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery outputs meet agreed timelines, quality expectations, and business objectives.
- Lead or coordinate delivery across projects, systems, architecture, teams, or product workstreams depending on the portfolio.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery predictability, system value, and team capability.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and cross-functional communication throughout delivery cycles.
- Provide technical or functional direction to team members and support structured decision-making.
- Review solution quality, documentation, governance requirements, and service performance indicators.
- Prepare executive-ready updates, summaries, and recommendations where required.
This role will also require disciplined communication, documentation accuracy, and a practical approach to balancing delivery quality with operational timelines.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Applicants should bring a solid technical foundation together with the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage delivery priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and guide implementation or support outcomes.
- Comfortable with governance, reporting, planning, and structured communication at cross-functional or leadership level.
- Good working knowledge of documentation standards, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Typically suited to candidates with around 5–8 years relevant experience and confidence handling complex responsibilities, mentorship, or technical guidance.
