Technical Installer

Are you a professional, well-presented individual with exceptional customer service skills and a valid Code 14 Driver's Licence?
 
Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Installation Technician to join their team based in Parklands, Cape Town. This role involves the delivery and installation of products across Cape Town and surrounding areas, with monthly travel required to the Garden Route and Eastern Cape.
 
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Afrikaans and English, take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and represent the company professionally at all times. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing installations efficiently and to the highest standard are essential.


REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Code 14/Code EC drivers’ licence with 2-3 years’ driving experience essential
• Must be able to speak both Afrikaans and English
• 2-3 years installation experience in any field: technology, furniture etc.
• Good communications skills, preferable to understand and speak English and Afrikaans
• Willingness to travel to away 1 week per month

 
DUTIES

• Attend to customer enquiries
• Conduct installations at clients’ homes of all products supplied by the company
• Willing and able to travel and work extended hours
• Ensuring company vehicles and tools are well maintained and looked after
• Able to conduct on-site repairs where required
• Ability to use installation equipment such as drills and pipe-finders etc.

 
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
