Empact Group needs a Technical Facilities Manager who can step into a practical role in Thabazimbi. A key part of the work involves Technical Facilities Manager Thebe Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd (TIC), unconditionally acquired the shareholding of Compass Group Holdings PLC in Compass Group Southern Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Technical Facilities Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of investment work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
