Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on o Direct Reports: 4–8 Technical Account Managers.
Keep momentum on o Ensure all strategic accounts maintain up-to-date Technical Customer Success Plans.
Keep momentum on senior Technical & Escalation Oversight.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Technical Account Management: Team Leader (Lead TAM).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of technical work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
