Role Overview

MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd needs a Team Leader (Wash Bay) who can step into a practical role in Ekurhuleni (Benoni / Tembisa / Katlehong / Nigel). A key part of the work involves Team Leader (Wash Bay) Understanding of wash bay equipment, cleaning chemicals, detergents, and water usage.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing monitor chemical, detergent, and water usage to minimize waste.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Team Leader (Wash Bay).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of chemical work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
