Team Leader - Tygervalley Mall

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium retail store in Tygervalley.

Description

• Support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Supervise staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock control, and minimise stock losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with store administration, opening and closing procedures, and operational reporting.

Education Profile

• Minimum of 2 years' management or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational standards.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible trading hours.

Education

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
