Role Overview

Ntice Sourcing Solutions needs a Team Leader Sales - Garden Route who can step into a practical role in George. A key part of the work involves Garden Route Manage and coordinate a group of KWV Business Development Representatives by providing leadership, direction and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualification in either Sales, Business Management or Marketing.
Take ownership of Frequent business travel and possible sleep over within the area.
Take ownership of The ability to set the business direction for the region and inspire and lead the team to achieve the objectives.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Team Leader Sales - Garden Route.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of business management work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
