Support the team by managing the Team Leader will oversee a team of Portfolio Managers and accounting professionals responsible for outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, payroll, and adviso.
Support the team by managing comes from an accounting practice / professional services background.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Team Leader - Accounting Practice (Fully Remote).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of accounting work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
