A leading organisation within the banking and financial services sector is seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to support the acquisition of top-tier technology talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to engage high-calibre candidates in a competitive market.

Duties & Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage high-quality technology talent across multiple platforms
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and future-focused roles
Conduct detailed talent mapping and market intelligence within the banking and fintech space
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fill niche and hard-to-fill roles
Utilise ATS and sourcing tools to manage and track candidate pipelines
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with employer brand standards
Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive and active candidates

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business
Certifications in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS, etc.)
Certification in Sourcing & Boolean Search techniques
HR-related certifications (e.g. SABPP accreditation in South Africa)
