Systems Analyst (Business Analysis & Integration)

Role Overview

A Systems Analyst with strong integration expertise and business-analysis skills is required to support the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise systems. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring reliable data flow, system interoperability, and effective requirements translation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise systems.
• Work with integration standards and technologies including HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON.
• Support systems integration, enterprise service bus, service-oriented architecture, and effective data flow.
• Apply systems-analysis and design practices across interconnected applications.
• Engage stakeholders and support reliable interoperability in a healthcare or medical environment.

Requirements

• BSc Computer Science or a similar qualification.
• Five or more years' IT experience, with Agile development exposure.
• Healthcare or medical-industry experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, integration standards, ESB, and SOA.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as C# and Java.
• Strong analysis, stakeholder, systems-design, and database skills, including SQL, IBM i DB2, or Caché.
