Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
Our client, one of South Africa's leading brands, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory management, production planning, and operational systems.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility by maintaining optimal stock levels, managing supplier relationships, and supporting production through accurate planning and effective supply chain processes.
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across procurement, inventory control, warehouse organisation, and ERP systems while ensuring materials are available to support both ongoing operations and business growth.

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or stock management.
- Experience using ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain principles.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchasing activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
DUTIES
- Manage procurement of raw materials and finished goods to support production requirements.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and effective stock control.
- Optimise warehouse organisation, storage systems, and inventory flow.
- Plan production requirements and coordinate with the Factory & Production Manager to ensure material availability.
- Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Develop and improve supply chain, procurement, and inventory processes to increase efficiency.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports on stock, procurement, supplier performance, and potential risks.
- Support management and finance with accurate operational reporting and forecasting.
