Supply Chain Manager

My client is looking for a highly organised, systems-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, stock control, production planning, and ERP systems (Odoo). This role is essential to keeping factory operations running smoothly by ensuring the right materials and stock are available at the right time and cost, while working closely with the Factory & Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory systems
  • Plan production requirements and procurement timelines
  • Build and manage supplier relationships
  • Improve warehouse organisation and stock processes
  • Ensure accurate use of Odoo ERP and operational systems
  • Develop and improve workflows and procedures
  • Monitor stock, procurement status, and operational risks
Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management
  • ERP system experience (Odoo advantageous)
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced Excel/data handling skills
Advantageous
  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Warehouse setup or optimisation experience
  • Process and systems improvement experience
