Supply Chain Administrator
Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their friendly growing team.
Location: Cornubia
The responsibilities for this role will include:

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- 2–3 years administrative experience (preferably in medical, distribution, or supply chain environments)
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word - Word Drive
- Experience with capturing orders, invoicing, or purchase orders
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills (email and phone with customers and suppliers)
- Ability to coordinate between suppliers, operations, and customers
- Good attention to detail when processing orders and invoices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or procurement (advantages)
- Experience working with suppliers and tracking manufacturing lead times(Advantages)
- Basic understanding of stock, GRV, and invoicing processes

The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Capturing customer orders
- Generating and emailing purchase orders to suppliers
- GRV goods and invoice customer orders
- Coordinating with suppliers on manufacturing lead times and keeping customers updated on order progress
- Working with the Operations Manager to coordinate deliveries
- Handling all customer queries
- Any other reasonably requested administrative tasks
