Role Overview

Rheinmetall Denel Munition (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Supervisor III (A115 & A55) in South Africa. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to keeping technical work accurate, practical and aligned to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on read, interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with Product Specifications, Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI), Facility Operating Instructions (FOI) and Control.
Take ownership of At least 5 years' experience working in manufacturing /workshop environment of which 2 years should have been in a supervisory level.
Keep momentum on explosive manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Supervisor III (A115 & A55).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
