Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on a Postgraduate Degree or equivalent (NQF Level 8) in Business Management, Business Science, Economics, or a related qualification.
Keep momentum on develop and monitor the annual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) linked to the business plan matrix.
Keep momentum on drive the development and enhancement of performance management processes, including balanced scorecards, reporting templates, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Strategy Manager: Strategy, Planning & Company Reporting.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of business management work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
