• Keep momentum on inventory Optimisation Control the receipt, issuance and disposal of stock in accordance with Company procedures at all times.
• Take ownership of Complete delivery notes and SORs and ensure the documents are forwarded to the appropriate component/manager.
• Keep momentum on control the processing of all new stock take ons and ensure that bins are allocated for these new stores.
• Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Stores Controller.
• Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in hotel or a closely related field.
• Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
