Our client is recruiting a Store Supervisor to support daily operations and lead a front-line team on shift. This role is suited to someone who can keep standards high while staying hands-on with customers and staff. You will help drive sales performance, manage service levels, and ensure merchandising is consistently executed. The store is busy and requires strong organisation and clear communication. Lead shift execution, allocate tasks, and ensure store priorities are completed on time.
Support sales targets by coaching staff on service, product knowledge, and upselling.
Ensure merchandising and housekeeping standards remain consistent throughout trading hours.
Manage basic cash controls, refunds approvals, and daily reporting as delegated.
Handle customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved professionally and documented.
Support stock movement processes including receiving, transfers, and cycle counts.
Assist with onboarding and training of new staff on store processes and standards.

Matric essential.
2–4 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Comfortable with POS, basic reporting, and cash-up controls.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and peak trading periods.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
