Key Responsibilities

• Support the team by managing you will take full ownership of the daily operation of a busy FMCG retail store, ensuring every department performs efficiently while delivering exceptional service stand.
• Keep momentum on minimum 3–5 years' Store Management experience within FMCG / grocery retail.
• Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Store Manager.
• Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
• Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
