Oversee stock management, including inventory control, merchandising, replenishment, and loss prevention.

Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement improvements.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and inviting store environment.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and productivity.
Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of management experience in a retail setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Excellent time management and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in management tools and basic computer skills including R, C, and relevant management software.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
Familiarity with the following:
Inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Health and safety standards in retail.
