Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing mar STORE MANAGER ( Automotive Industry).
Keep momentum on 5 years' experience in Retail Sales and/or Marketing of which up to 3 years should be at supervisory / managerial level – preferably within an automotive /hardware/ type .
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Store Manager (Ondekkers) Automotive / Hardware - Mar.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
