Store Manager - Fashion Retail | Parys

Introduction

A well-established fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Parys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operations, driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Manage stock control, merchandising, and shrinkage
• Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 3 years' retail store management experience
• Fashion retail experience advantageous
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound understanding of retail operations and sales management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work retail hours
