Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Degree or Diploma in retail / finance management, pharmacy or related (External applicants).
Support the team by managing minimum 2 years' experience in a store management role within a retail /FMCG store operations environment or successful completion the Clicks Trainee Store Management Pro.
Take ownership of Strong retail /FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Store Manager - Clicks Mnandi.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
